Turn Down. Seal Off. Save Up. The campaign was used to educate homeowners eligible for the LiHEAP program on ways to save money during winter. Outreach was targeted to communities in the most need. Partnerships with the United Way were also utilized. This project was completed as an employee of the Commonwealth of PA.
