The Turn Down. Seal Off. Save Up Campaign was used to educate homeowners eligible for the LiHEAP program on other ways to save money during the winter months.  Outreach was targeted to communities in the most need.  Partnerships with the United Way was also utilized.  This project was completed as an employee of the Commonwealth of PA.
